Resetting your password

This article explains how to reset your password when logging in to Cloud Identity Plane.

Instruction

  1. Select Forgot password? from the log in page.

  2. Enter your e-mail or username in the Identifier field when prompted and select RESET PASSWORD.

    Result

    Password reset link is sent to your e-mail address.

  3. Check your e-mail and open the password reset link.

    Result

    You are redirected to the Set new password page.

  4. Enter your new password and select RESET PASSWORD.

    Result

    You can now use the new password to log in as confirmed by the message.
